About pools:
FORP pools are made of food-grade polypropylene and are not inferior to other types of pools
in terms of their technical characteristics. Pools made of polypropylene make it possible to reduce
the amount of construction work and materials, as well as reduce the period of work.
Advantages of a polypropylene pool:
- the bowl does not require any additional processing and polishing;
- has high mechanical and impact strength;
- extremely resistant to the influence of an aggressive environment;
- resistant to high and low temperatures;
- the polypropylene surface prevents the appearance and reproduction of fungi, algae and other organic compounds on its surface;
- very low heat permeability;
- manufacturing technology makes it possible to reduce the time and cost of manufacturing by 1.5-25 times compared to traditional technologies;
- the possibility of installing a swimming pool inside the premises.
Type of pools:
An overflow pool is a pool in which the water is placed at the same level as the edge of the bowl and from the surface falls into an overflow chute located around the entire perimeter of the pool. Then the water flows by gravity into the accumulative compensating capacity. From the storage capacity, the water is supplied to the filter installation with the help of a pump, after which it enters the pool through the bottom nozzles.The storage tank is equipped with water level monitoring sensors and an automatic filling system, which are designed to protect the circulation pump from dry running, emergency overflow, as well as to maintain a constant water level in the pool through fresh water supply. Water is drained from the pool through the bottom drain.
A skimmer pool is the most common type of modern swimming pool. It gained its popularity due to its relatively simple device, convenient operation and low construction cost, compared to overflow pools. The skimmer is designed to collect the surface layer of water with impurities floating on it. In such pools, the water level is placed on the horizontal axis of the skimmer, that is, from the surface of the water to the upper edge, there is a free space that is not filled with water. Usually, it is about 10 cm. In the process of circulation, the water, passing through the skimmer, enters the filtration installation with the help of a pump, where it is cleaned. After that, the water is fed back into the pool through the nozzles. This type of filtration is optimal for small stationary pools, therefore it is widely used when creating private artificial ponds in cottages or summer cottages For uniform circulation of the entire volume of water, the skimmer is connected to the bottom drain. At the same time, a larger volume of water falls on the skimmer than on the bottom drain, in a ratio of approximately 2:1.
