Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS 

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, customers of our store have the right to exchange or return goods purchased from us within the first 14 days after purchase.

Exchanges and returns can be made only once, provided that the goods have not been used, the purchase has preserved its presentation, consumer properties, all accessories, documentation included in the package of goods, and their packaging is not broken, seals, factory labels, and sales receipts are preserved.

They are not subject to exchange and return: 

-goods in disposable packaging, if they have been unpacked;

- custom-made goods, i.e. goods brought to Ukraine or made to order;

- any equipment after installation (mounting);

 

 

Returns and exchanges of goods that have a significant defect confirmed by an ACC act are carried out in the presence of a complete set in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, a document confirming the purchase, an ACC act, a warranty card, a return or exchange application.
 
If the product does not work, the exchange or return of the product is carried out only if there is a conclusion of the service center authorized by the manufacturer that the operating conditions have not been violated.
 

WARRANTIES

FORP LLC The manufacturer guarantees the compliance of the product with the requirements of the technical specifications and product passport.

The warranty period for the products is 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods.

The warranty does not apply in case of non-compliance with the conditions of use, transportation and storage, mechanical damage, impact on the product by foreign objects
