Lining of containers with polymer (pp, pe, pvc, pvdf)
FORP is a manufacturing company that has proven itself on the market with its reliability, quality and efficiency.
We work only with leading specialists to guarantee you the highest level of satisfaction with our products and the work performed.
About containers:
We produce products of any shape, size and complexity. The containers are hermetically sealed and made by welding sheet polymer. They can be used for storage of almost any product - liquid, solid or loose. Polymers are an excellent dielectric, do not absorb or transmit odors, are easy to wash, and practically do not form plaque on them. Since the polymer does not conduct heat well, the tanks hold the temperature of the liquid well without thermal insulation.
All products have a hygienic certificate, so the containers can be successfully used in the food industry,The service life of containers is several times longer than that of metal containers.
Manufacturing materials:
- PP (polypropylene); is the most popular material due to its qualities — high heat resistance and chemical resistance (density 0.91 g/cm3);
- PE (polyethylene); a close analogue of polypropylene, used for chemical resistance indicators;
- PVC (PVC-polyvinyl chloride); has excellent chemical resistance, primarily to acids, alkalis and salts, mineral oils and solvents;
- PVDF (PVDF-polyvinylidene fluoride); ideal material for ultra-aggressive environment
Manufactured products are widely used in the following conditions:
- individual appointment;
- industrial purpose;
- in the food industry;
- in the chemical industry.
Main advantages:
- material — high-quality food polymer;
- durability — service life up to 50 years;
- no extraneous odors;
- possibility of individual design;
- the possibility of production at the facility;
- smooth surface prevents the growth of microorganisms
Scope:
- for storing liquids (water, alcohol, acids, alkali, oil, toxic chemicals, etc.);
- for food storage;
- for storage of loose substances;
- for water treatment processes;
- for galvanic production;
- for storing water for irrigation in summer cottages and homesteads;
- underground for the accumulation of domestic sewage (septic tanks).
In the production of containers, plastic with a thickness of 3 to 30 mm is used, depending on the configuration, dimensions and purpose of using the container.
According to their shape, containers made of polymer can be:
- cylindrical (vertical and horizontal);
- cylindrical with a cone;
- ectangular;
- square;
All these forms of polymer containers can be made above ground or underground. During the manufacture of an underground polymer container, not only the shape of the container is taken into account, but also the depth of its location, that is, it is necessary to take into account the pressure of the soil on the walls and lid of the container.
