About Tanks:
We produce products of any shape, size and complexity, which can be equipped with hatches, nozzles, branches, fittings, pumps and any other special equipment, if necessary, the tank can be built into a metal frame. The tanks are hermetically sealed and made by welding polymer sheets. They can be used to store almost any product - liquid, solidor bulk products. Polypropylene is an excellent dielectric, does not absorb or transmit odors, is easy to clean, and hardly forms any deposits. Since the polymer conducts heat poorly, the tanks keep the temperature of the liquid well without thermal insulation.The polymer has a hygiene certificate, so the containers can be successfully used in the food industry. The service life of polymer containers is several times longer than that of metal ones.
Materials of manufacture:
- PP (polypropylene); is the most popular material due to its qualities - high heat resistance and chemical resistance (density 0.91 g/cm3);
- PE (polyethylene); a close analog of polypropylene, used for chemical resistance;
- PVC (PVC polyvinyl chloride) has excellent chemical resistance, primarily to acids, alkalis and salts, mineral oils and solvents;
- PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is an ideal material for highly aggressive environments.
Industrial products are widely used in conditions of:
- individual use;
- industrial use;
- in the food industry;
- in the chemical industry.
Main advantages:
- material - high quality food grade polymer;
- durability - service life up to 50 years;
- no foreign odors;
- possibility of individual design;
- possibility of on-site production;
- smooth polymer surface prevents the growth of microorganisms
Application area:
- for storage of liquids (water, alcohol, acids, alkalis, oil, pesticides, etc;)
- for food storage;
- for storage of bulk solids;
- for water treatment processes;
- for galvanic production;
- for food processing;
- for storing water for irrigation in summer cottages and households;
- underground for the accumulation of domestic wastewater (septic tanks).
In the production of containers, polymer is used with a thickness of 3 to 20 mm and thicker, depending on the configuration, size and purpose of the container.
By their shape, polymer containers can be
- cylindrical (vertical and horizontal);
- cylindrical with a cone;
- rectangular
- square
- with a flat bottom;
- with a conical bottom;
- with a conical lid;
- any other shape.
All of these forms of polymer tanks can be manufactured above and below ground. When manufacturing an underground polymer container, not only the shape of the container is taken into account, but also its depth, i.e., the soil pressure on the walls and lid of the container must be taken into account.
